Guerrero Olivos advised the Czech company Solek, as debtor, in a US$25 million financing granted by Toesca Créditos Energía Renovable Fondo de Inversión, to finance and refinance the construction and development of a portfolio of PMGD solar projects in Chile. The first disbursement closed on June 10, 2022.

This transaction is relevant because it is the first financing granted by Toesca to Solek and the first construction financing signed by Solek under Chilean Law.

Solek is a leading renewable energy company with a focus on solar energy. As an innovator in renewable and sustainable energy, develops, builds, operates, owns and maintains numerous power plants throughout Europe and Latin America.
