Our team has years of experience assisting national and international banks; financing entities and developers in their projects in Chile. We have extensive experience providing solutions to project finance’ complex necessities. We have been played a considerable role in infrastructure projects, such as motorways, airports, power, renewables and renewable energy plantations, industrial plantations, NLG regasification terminals and water desalination plants, to name but a few.
We assist our client from beginning of a project until its post operation stages. Our team are experts in the due diligence process, the incorporation of SPVs, the drafting and negotiating of credit agreements, EPC, BOT, energy supply and O&M, in structuring complex collateral packages, and in the execution of the proper legal framework for each project.
