Diego is a senior associate and a member of the corporate/M&A and capital markets teams. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, foreign investments, asset management, debt issuance, and also represents both national and foreign investment funds. Additionally, he is core member of the agribusiness team, leading complex agribusiness corporate structuring and restructurings.

From 2017 to 2018, Diego was Co-Mayor and County Chief Administrator of Timaukel County in Tierra del Fuego, Chilean Patagonia, where he focused professionally on regulatory law. In the academic field, Diego was assistant professor of Economic Law at Universidad de Los Andes and of the Business Master of Laws (LL.M.), at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
