Eduardo is a partner and a member of the public law and regulated markets and TMT areas. He specializes in constitutional and administrative law and regulated industries.

He is an expert in constitutional and administrative disputes and represents regulated and non-regulated entities, in straightforward regulatory processes and transactional matters including M&A, energy projects, banking and finance, mining, transport, sanitary, TMT, pharmaceutical, real estate, and port and customs, among others.

In the academic field, he is Professor of Administrative Law, director of the Master’s in Administrative Law, and of the Diploma on Administrative and Urbanistic Law, and member of the academic senate of the Masters and Doctoral Programs at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. In addition, he is Professor of Administrative Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has written several specialized books and publications (more than 40), almost all in public, administrative, constitutional, and mining law.
