On April 20th, 2023, President Boric presented the National Lithium Strategy (“ENL”), whose main focuses consist in the basis of public-private collaboration, and the creation of the National Lithium Company, which will participate in the entire lithium production cycle, will be 100% State owned, and will be responsible to generate the conditions for development of the business in a joint relationship with the private sector.
