Benjamín is a junior associate and a member of the real estate team. He specialises in project development, construction, infrastructure, property and permitting, among others.
Education and Experience

- Diploma in Law and Real Estate Business, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2021).
In the academic field, Benjamín was Assistant Professor of Environmental Law (2015-2017), and of Law and Real Estate Business (2021), at the School of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Then, during the year 2022, Benjamín was a professor in the Diploma of Urban Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. In addition, he is a regular columnist, his last publication, “Indigenous Lands and Project Development”, was published in El Mercurio Legal.
