Constanza is an associate and a member of the dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) team, as well as the insolvency and restructuring team. She specialises in civil and commercial disputes and in assisting both domestic and international companies before the Courts of Justice.

Constanza has considerable expertise in the mining and metals industry, and acts as an external counsel (secondment) to Albermarle, one of the most important mining companies in the lithium industry, she advices and works with their in-house team.
