Diego is the senior associate that leads the intellectual property area at Guerrero Olivos and is a member of the data protection, new technologies and telecommunications areas. He specializes in trademark, patents and copyright strategy, transfer and protection, and in advertising law. He is also an experienced litigator in civil and criminal matters, unfair competition, and has an outstanding track record in the defense of intellectual property rights.
