Martín is a managing partner at Guerrero Olivos and leads the real estate department. He is also and a member of the environment team. In the real estate area, he specialises in both the regulatory and transactional angles. He focuses on project development, construction, permitting, and the acquisition and sale of real estate projects and assets. In environmental matters, he is an expert in environmental litigation, urban planning and planning issues.
Martín is the President of the board of the Vivienda and Techo-Chile Foundation and sits on the board of the Moreau Foundation. In the academic field, Martin is Co-Director of the Real Estate Law and Business Diploma in the School of Law of the Universidad Católica de Chile and has served as Professor in the Urban Planning Master at the Architecture School of the Universidad Católica de Chile.
