Rocío is the leading partner of the labour, migration, and employment area. She specializes in labour law, strategic labour plans, in complex labour litigation, collective bargaining, and corporate labour matters.

  • Diploma in National and International Legal Practice about the Protection of Fundamental Rights, Universidad Complutense Madrid and Bar Association (2007).
  • Certification as Instructor in Litigation Techniques, California Western School of Law and Access Training Program, USA (2010).
  • PhD (c) in the Labour Programme, Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.

In the academic field, Rocío, since 2011, she is a Professor of the Labour Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; and since 2018, Professor of pre- and post-graduates at Universidad del Desarrollo. Rocío also teaches in the Data Protection Diploma Program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and in the Data Protection Diploma Program at the Universidad del Desarrollo. In addition, she is director of the Chilean Labour Law and Social Security Association (SCHDTSS).
