Partner that leads the dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) and the insolvency and restructuring practice areas. He specializes in highly complex civil, commercial litigation and arbitration (domestic and international), and has extensive experience representing national and foreign companies in the mining, retail, real estate, and construction industries, among others. Additionally, he has experience in litigation before the Competition Court (TDLC) and in administrative and constitutional proceedings.

As a specialist in insolvency and restructuring procedures, he has successfully led numerous cases involving reorganization and liquidation. His expertise encompasses a variety of insolvency processes, where he has effectively worked on debt restructuring for companies in different sectors.

In the academic field, Sergio was Assistant Professor of Procedural Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School for 4 years.
