Practice area:

Sergio is a senior associate and a member of the labour, employment, and migration team. He specialises in labour litigation, the protection of fundamental rights, collective bargaining and the in development and implementation of labour strategies.

Education and Experience
  • Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2013).
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.), with mention in Constitutional Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2016).
  • Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Oral Litigation, California Western School of Law, USA (2018).

In the academic field, Sergio is a Professor of Procedural Law and Oral Litigation of the Employment Law Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is also a Professor of Labour Law for Corporations, at the L.L.M. program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as Professor of Labour Law for pre- and post-graduates at Universidad del Desarrollo. In addition, he is member of the Chilean Labour Law and Social Security Association (SCHDTSS).
