Rocío is a partner at Guerrero Olivos, and leads the labour, migration, and employment team. She specialises in labour law, strategic labour plans in complex labour litigation, collective bargaining, and corporate labour matters.

In the academic field, Rocío, has been a Professor of the Labour Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2011, and since 2018, Professor of pre- and post-graduates at Universidad del Desarrollo. In addition, she is director of the Chilean Labour Law and Social Security Association (SCHDTSS).
