Joaquín in a director of the International Funds Department and member of the Capital Markets team. He specializes in advising clients and foreign fund managers on the regulatory conditions for marketing their foreign securities in Chile.

This involves advising on public offer and private placement of foreign securities in Chile, representing foreign issuers before the Financial Market Commission (CMF), obtaining registration in the foreign securities register from the CMF, obtaining the approval of open-end funds, closed-end funds, exchange traded funds and alternative asset managers with the Risk Rating Commission (CCR), complying with on-going information requirements arising from these processes and providing legal updates for the correct development of their business in Chile.
