Crescente is an associate and a member of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Capital Markets practice groups. He focuses his practice on corporate law, foreign investment, portfolio management, debt issuances, and the representation of domestic and international fund managers and investment funds. He is also a member of the firm’s Agribusiness team.
