Congress approves pensions reform

Diego is a senior associate and a member of the corporate/M&A and capital markets areas. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, foreign investments, asset management, debt issuance, and represents local and foreign investment funds. Also, he is a member of the agribusiness team, leading complex agribusiness corporate structuring and restructurings.

During 2017 and 2018, Diego was Co-Mayor and County Chief Administrator of Timaukel County in Tierra del Fuego, Chilean Patagonia, focusing his professional practice in regulatory law.

In the academic field, he was assistant professor of Economic Law at Universidad de Los Andes and of the Business Master of Laws (LL.M.), at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
