Francisca is a senior associate and a member of the corporate/M&A and venture capital areas. She specializes in domestic and international M&A, venture capital transactions from both the investor and start-up side, stock options, financing rounds and international corporate structuring. Francisca is also one of the founders of the LAW, Legal Advice for Women at Guerrero Olivos.

In the academic sphere, she serves as a Professor of Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She also teaches in the Venture Capital Diploma Program and in the LL.M. program, within the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital course at PUC.

Francisca is a member of UDD Ventures, the acceleration program of Universidad del Desarrollo. She is also part of the Innovation Center of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and of the Mujeres Empresarias network.
