Francisca is a senior associate and a member of the corporate/M&A and venture capital areas. She specializes in domestic and international M&A, venture capital transactions from both the investor and start-up side, stock options, financing rounds and international corporate structuring. Francisca is also one of the founders of the LAW, Legal Advice for Women at Guerrero Olivos.

In the academic field, she is currently a Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, School of Law, of Commercial Law; of the Venture Capital elective course; and Assistant Professor of the “Advanced Corporate Law” section (since 2019) of an LL.M program. In addition, she was Assistant Professor at the “Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital” section (2018-2021), of the same LL.M.

Francisca is member of the tutor network of Dadneo, the acceleration program of the Vulcano VC Fund and of UDD Ventures, the acceleration program of Universidad del Desarrollo.  In addition, she is a member of the Innovation and Technology Committee at the Chile-Australia Chamber of Commerce (AUSCHAM).
