Tomás is a partner and a member of the real estate area (Band 1). He specializes in project development, construction, permitting, and in the acquisition and sale of real estate projects and assets.

In the academic field, he is Professor of Real Estate law and was a Professor of the Law and Real Estate Business Diploma, both at Universidad Católica de Chile. Also, he was a Professor of the Urban Law and Construction Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
