Rodolfo is an associate and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources and Environmental Law practices. He specializes in electricity regulatory matters, the development of energy projects, mergers and acquisitions of companies in the energy industry in due diligence processes, energy project financing, administrative proceedings before authorities with jurisdiction over energy matters, and in the design and implementation of public policies in the energy sector.

In the academic field, between 2017 and 2018 he served as Teaching Assistant for the courses Administrative Law I and II at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de Chile. From 2017 to 2021 he was a Teaching Assistant at the Clinical Legal Education Department.
