Joaquín is an associate and a member of the Energy and Natural Resources practice group. He is also a member of the Environmental Law and Infrastructure and Projects departments. He specializes in electricity regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions involving energy companies, due diligence processes, and the financing and development of energy and renewable energy projects.
