In the academic field, Beatriz has served as a teaching assistant for the courses
Commercial Law and Civil Procedure at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and for
Commercial Law at Universidad San Sebastián.
Beatriz is an associate and member of the dispute resolution area. In addition, she is a
member of the insolvency and restructuring department. She specializes in civil and
commercial disputes and represents local and international companies from diverse
industries before civil, commercial, constitutional, tax, and administrative courts.
