Sebastián is an associate and member of the Mining Law practice. He specializes in the development of mining projects, due diligence processes, and in obtaining permits, as well as regulatory and legal analysis for infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining Guerrero Olivos, Sebastián worked as Legal Counsel at Jetti Resources, a mining technology company. He also completed a legal secondment at BHP Chile and previously worked as an associate at a Chilean law firm.

In the academic field, he served as a teaching assistant for the Criminal Procedure course at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
