Cristóbal is an associate and a member of the litigation and arbitration practice group. In addition, it forms a member of the Insolvency and Debt Restructuring Department. He specializes in civil and commercial disputes and advises local and foreign companies on an ongoing and preventive basis, and represents them before the ordinary courts, arbitration tribunals, and higher courts of justice.​

Before joining Guerrero Olivos, he worked as an associate attorney in the litigation and arbitration at various law firms.

In the academic sphere, Cristóbal served as a teaching assistant for Commercial Law I, II, and III at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso.​​​
