Alejandro is the partner that leads the tax area. He specializes in both national and international taxation, business and project structuring and reorganization, and corporate tax planning. He has vast experience in developing tax structures for accelerators and start-ups and private and public investment funds. He represents local and foreign companies, individuals, family offices, investment funds, non-profit entities, from a pre-emptive angle structuring efficient tax strategies and providing with permanent tax advisory.

Alejandro was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2016. He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2017 to 2018 in Chicago and then returned to Ernst & Young until 2019.
