Agustín is a senior associate and member of the dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) area. In addition, he is a member of the insolvency and restructuring department. He specializes in civil and commercial disputes and represents local and international companies from diverse industries before civil, commercial, constitutional, tax, and administrative courts.

Agustin was an associate in the litigation and arbitration team at specialized firms between 2017 and 2023.

In the academic field, Agustín is an assistant professor of the International Arbitration and Litigation course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
