Agustín is a senior associate and member of the dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) area. In addition, he is a member of the insolvency and restructuring department. He specializes in civil and commercial disputes and represents local and international companies from diverse industries before civil, commercial, constitutional, tax, and administrative courts.

Agustín was an associate in the litigation and arbitration practice at specialized law firms from 2017 to 2023.

In the academic sphere, he served as a teaching assistant for the International Arbitration and Litigation Workshop at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2019 to 2023. He currently serves as a teaching assistant in Civil Law at the same university.
