Felipe is a partner and a member of the energy and natural resources, projects, and environment areas. He specializes providing regulatory assistance in energy project development, including the assistance of public and private tender processes, in energy M&A, in due diligence processes, in the review of complex contracts such as EPC, O&M and PPA and in energy project finance.

Felipe is a Counselor of the Chilean renewable energy and storage association (ACERA) and was a member of the environmental jurisprudence discussion group of the Law and Environmental Politics Program at Universidad Diego Portales Law School. He has taught energy law at Universidad Andrés Bello.
