In the academic field, Ignacio is an assistant since 2017 of the Chair Philosophical Foundations of Law and Natural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. During 2020 he was assistant professor of the Legal Clinic, Private Property area of the same University. Since 2022 he has been an assistant professor of Mining Law and Project Development at Universidad de Chile.
Ignacio is an associate and a member of the mining and metals law, and regulatory, and environmental areas. He specializes in the development of mining projects, as well as mining, regulatory, and environmental matters, engagement with governmental entities, permitting processes, commercial transactions, and asset management, among other areas.
