Macarena is an associate and a member of the labour, employment, and migration area. She specializes in labour law, due diligence processes, collective bargaining, and labour litigation.

Macarena is an associate and a member of the labor, employment, and migration area. She specializes in corporate advice related to labor law, due diligence processes, collective bargaining, and labor litigation.

She represents both local and international clients in day-to-day corporate labor matters to ensure the proper and efficient development of their business operations in Chile. She also advises on internal investigations related to workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and workplace violence. Additionally, she provides immigration counsel for residency applications in Chile, temporary work permits, and the regularization of foreign nationals.

Macarena is a member of the Woman Labor Law Association and participates in Guerrero Olivos’ Legal Advice for Women (LAW) project.

In the academic field, Macarena served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law III and Criminal Law I, II, and III at Universidad de los Andes.
