Macarena is a senior associate and member of the real estate area (Band 1). She specializes in regulatory, transactional, corporate and in the structuring of new business in the real estate industry. She represents local and international real estate developers in the different stages of their projects including its corporate structure, acquisition, permitting, construction, and sale. In addition, she is one of the founders of the LAW (Legal Advice for Women) programme of Guerrero Olivos.

Macarena is a member of the Real Estate Women Association, a member of the Gender and Diversity Committee and the Real Estate and Construction Committee of the Chile-Australia Chamber of Commerce (AUSCHAM), member of the expert panel of Hay Mujeres, and mentor of WoomUp.
