Paloma is an associate and member of the dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) area. In addition, she is a member of the insolvency and restructuring department. He specializes in civil and commercial disputes and represents local and international companies from diverse industries before civil, commercial, constitutional, tax, and administrative courts.

In the academic field, Paloma has served as a teaching assistant for courses such as Constitutional Law, Modernization Process of the Jurisprudence Database of the Supreme Court, Natural Law, and Philosophical Foundations of Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
