Pedro is a partner and a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions practices. He also leads the Compliance and Antitrust practice. He specializes in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions; the strategic implementation of corporate and financial restructurings; and in compliance programs, corporate governance matters, and advisory services for family-owned businesses.

Pedro is a member of the board of directors of QUEST Administradora General de Fondos, Inmobiliaria Santa Elena, and Artel S.A. He previously served as a director of family-owned companies such as Viña Valdivieso, B. Bosch (Chairman), and AGSA Inmobiliaria, as well as of publicly traded companies as a representative of institutional investors, including Farmacias Ahumadas, AES Gener, Casa de Moneda Chile S.A. (Chairman), MARINSA, Nitratos de Chile, and La Polar S.A.

He is a member of the Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee of the Chilean–North American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM); a member of the Legal Committee of the Chilean–British Chamber of Commerce (BRITCHAM); a member of the Advisory Council of the Center for Regulatory Law and Business of Universidad del Desarrollo (CDRE-UDD); and served as a member of ICARE’s Legal Circle for six years, until 2021.
