Sergio is a senior associate and member of the labour, employment, and migration group. He specializes in labour litigation, the protection of fundamental rights, collective bargaining and the development and implementation of labour strategies.

In the academic field, he is Professor of Procedural Law and Oral Litigation, of the Employment Law Department, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; Professor of Labour Law for Corporations, of at the L.L.M. program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; and Professor of Labour Law for pre- and post-graduates at Universidad del Desarrollo. In addition, he is member of the Chilean Labour Law and Social Security Association (SCHDTSS).
