Tomás is a senior associate and a member of the labour, employment, and migration area. He specializes in labour law, due diligence processes, collective bargaining, and labour litigation. He represents local and international companies in corporate labour issues for the correct and efficient development of their business in Chile.

In addition, he is a member of the Gender and Diversity Committee and of the HHRR and Education Committee of the Chile-Australia Chamber of Commerce (AUSCHAM). In the academic field, Tomás teaches employment law, employment aspects of ESG and a collective bargaining workshop on postgraduate diplomas at Universidad del Desarrollo and Pontificia Universidad Católica.
