Sebastian is a partner and member of the energy, natural resources, and environmental law practice areas and leader of the water law practice. He specializes in the financing and development of energy and renewable energy projects, in local and cross-border transactions for the acquisition and sale of energy projects or assets in the same industry, and in strategic advice on environmental assessment, oversight and bidding processes. He is also active in climate change, electromobility and green hydrogen projects.
Sebastián is recognized in several international rankings, such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer and Best Lawyers in the areas of energy and natural resources, environmental law, and energy project finance.
