Associate, member of the competition law, compliance, and corporate/M&A areas. Specializes in the analysis of concentration operations and infringing behaviors regulated by Decree Law No. 211, representing clients in administrative proceedings before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, as well as in contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Competition Tribunal and Supreme Court. Additionally, she provides advice related to the design, implementation, and execution of compliance programs related to Law No. 20.393 and competition law.

Catalina was an intern and later a clerk in the Mergers Division at the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office from 2020 to 2022.

Catalina has been a teaching assistant for the courses in Economic Law, Microeconomics and Market Failures, and Introduction to the Constituent Process at the same University.
