Associate and member of the mining, water law and environment departments. He specializes in mining project development, due diligence, and on the regulatory and environmental angle of mining project development.
Before joining Guerrero Olivos, Ricardo developed his professional career in boutique law firms dedicated to the field of energy and natural resources.
In the academic field, he has been an assistant lecturer for the courses Administrative Law I and II, and Research in the Economic Administrative Law Program (“PDAE”) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
