Benjamín is an associate and a member of the labour, employment, and migration area. He specializes in labour law, due diligence processes and labour litigation.

Prior to joining Guerrero Olivos, Benjamín worked as an associate at a law firm, focusing on corporate matters and labor litigation.

In the academic field, Benjamín has served as a teaching assistant in various courses at the University of Chile. He is currently a teaching assistant for the Labor Law course
