Ignacio is an associate and a member of the banking and finance, project finance and corporate/M&A areas. He specializes in local and international financing, whether in the form of bilateral or syndicated loans, secured or unsecured, structured finance and project finance.

In the academic field, he has been an assistant in several courses such as: Development of Communication Skills for Lawyers, Civil Law, Roman Law, and Constitutional Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
