José Tomás is a senior associate and a member of the banking and finance, project finance, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. He specializes in international and domestic financing, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also handles all types of financing transactions, foreign investment matters, and both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

José Tomás worked as an associate at Clyde & Co Chile and then served as an intern at Clyde & Co US LLP in Chicago for one year.

In the academic sphere, he teaches the “Law and Business” course at the School of Economics and Business at the Universidad del Desarrollo.
