José Agustín is an associate and member of the litigation and arbitration area and of the insolvency and restructuring of liabilities team. He specializes in civil and commercial disputes and advises local and foreign companies on a permanent and preventive basis, representing them before arbitration and ordinary courts of justice.

In the academic field, José Agustín is an assistant in the Procedural Law course at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He also served as an assistant in the Theory and Sources of Law course at the same University between 2021 and 2022.
