Juan José is a senior associate and member of the competition/antitrust and compliance practice areas. He specializes in representing local and international clients in complex cases before the National Economic Prosecutor Officer (FNE), and before the Chilean Competition Court and the Supreme Court.

Juan José was awarded with the Fulbright scholarship (2018) and with the Dean’s Graduate Award, of the New York University (2019). He has strong credentials and expertise. He was a member of the litigation team of the National Prosecutor’s Office and in such position participated in countless contentious cases before the Competition Court.

In the academic field, Juan José has served as a professor of various courses. He is currently a professor of Economic Law at the School of Law of Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana.
