José Gabriel is a partner and a member of the public law and regulated markets area. In addition, he is a member of the TMT and real estate departments. He specializes in public law and regulatory processes and is also very active in the agribusiness and real estate sectors and M&A deals in connection with regulatory issues.

José Gabriel is member of the Advisory Council of the Pro Bono Foundation and in the academic field, he is Visiting Professor of the Urbanistic and Construction Diploma and Professor of the Regulatory Compliance Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso Law School; Professor of Urban Applied Legislation Mechanism and Territorial Planification Diplomas at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Architecture, Design and Urban Studies School; and Assistant Professor of Administrative Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile Law School.
