Roberto is a senior associate at Guerrero Olivos, and a member of the public law and regulated market teams. He specialises in constitutional law, administrative law, and regulated activities, with a particular focus on TMT, fishing and marine biology, maritime concessions, and life sciences regulation. In addition, he is active in regulatory processes and public procurement, representing domestic and international companies before local regulators.
Roberto is an Alumni Ambassador of King’s College London, where he was awarded the Dickson Poon School of Law Prize for best student on the LL.M. in 2017. The previous year he had won a scholarship granted by the Chilean state to study a master abroad.
In the academic field, he has been a professor of Administrative Law at Universidad Mayor’s School of Law. As part of his experience, he was an advisor attorney in the Office of the National Defense Department (2012) and in the Civil Industrial Engineering School of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2011).
