Francisca is a senior associate and a member of the energy, natural resources, environmental, agribusiness, water law and projects areas. She specializes in energy projects development, acquisition, sale, and financing of energy projects and renewables, in environmental studies, and permitting. In addition, she is one of the founders of the LAW (Legal Advice for Women) programme of Guerrero Olivos.

She has also been honoured by the WEF Awards (Women Economic Forum) in the category “Leaders in Non-Traditional Areas” for her contributions to diversity and equity. Additionally, in 2024, she received The Legal 500 awards for Rising Star Associate of the Year and Water Law Rising Star of the Year.
