José Miguel is an associate and a member of the banking and finance and corporate law practice groups. His practice focuses on matters related to bilateral and syndicated loans, both secured and unsecured, structured finance, and project finance. He also participates in due diligence processes, as well as the acquisition and sale of companies and assets, partnerships, and joint ventures.

In the academic sphere, José Miguel served as a teaching assistant for the courses “Economics for Public Policy” at the School of Public Policy and “Introduction to Economics” at the School of Economics and Business Administration, both at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
